All Sales Are Final:
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Exceptions (Eligible for Refund or Remake): We will offer a refund or remake if:
You received the wrong item, OR
The outfit does not match the measurements you provided

Conditions:
Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery
Clear proof (photos/videos) must be provided

Non-Refundable:
Items made with incorrect measurements provided by the customer
